Located equidistant between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC, Brunswick County, NC has enjoyed a growth rate in recent years that rivals some of the nation’s fastest growing metropolitan areas. Fortunately, we’ve been relatively undiscovered for quite some time.  However, with championship golf, fishing, and quaint family oriented beaches like Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Holden Beach the news is quickly spreading.
New communities are appearing daily.  Just like homes, not every community will necessarily fit your particular preferences.  Some communities are strict with appearance & behavior guidelines; while others trust their residents to manage themselves.  While we don’t advocate one position or another, we do try to find communities to build in that fall somewhere in the middle. In short, we don’t build in communities that we wouldn’t or don’t live in ourselves.  We don't get caught up in the latest, greatest communities that are being built.  We do research and base our decisions on established property values, historical data, amenities, outlook, and growth consideration.  Some of the communities may lean towards exclusivity or value oriented investors, but none are too excessive. 
We’ll be glad to build you a custom home in any community you ask us to. However, if you’re coming here with relatively little experience in the South Brunswick Isles, rest assured you’re looking at some of the best valued communities around.  Some will have Property Owners Associations, some won’t, but they will all have covenants and restrictions that ensure future development after the day you move in will preserve the character and direction of the neighborhood. These are solid developments and communities that we believe in. 
If we didn’t, we wouldn’t invest our resources in them.
