Chuck & Georgia McMillan are the Owners of McMillan Real Estate & Construction. Chuck has been in the real estate industry over fifteen years, and construction for over twenty-five.  An award winning builder, he's been building luxury homes for over ten years and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the Brunswick County Home Builders Association where he served as President in 2003. Chuck has won a Diamond Award in the 2003,2005, & 2007 Brunswick County Home Builders Association Parade of Homes. It is the highest award given to participants.  Chuck and Georgia are both members of the local and national REALTORS associations.

Chris McMillan is the Owner of Chris McMillan Construction and Chief Designer for both his firm and Chuck's. Using his experience of over ten years as a Sales Agent for McMillan Real Estate, Chris has designed numerous best selling floor plans for both McMillan Real Estate and Construction and other area builders. He is a '94 graduate of UNC Wilmington with a major in Business Management. Chris is also a member in good standing with both the National Association of Homebuilders and Brunswick County Home Builders Association.  Chris is also a member of the local and national REALTORS associations. 

Licensed in commercial and residential, Jason McMillan is the third contractor in the McMillan Real Estate & Construction family. He is a ‘00 graduate of UNC Wilmington with majors in Finance and Marketing. A sales agent since 1997, he worked with both Chuck and Chris' firms learning the business.  After graduation, he picked up and started his own company.  He is also primarily responsible for website management and advertising at MRE.  He is currently serving as the Vice President of the Brunswick County Home Builders Association and is a member of the National Home Builders Association as well as the local and national REALTORS Association.
